We do not accept used candles, nor can they be refunded. However, we will replace or refund any damaged products during transit when ordered from www.buttonsandwicks.com. Please submit a photo proof of damage, accompanied by a receipt to info@buttonsandwicks.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include in the subject line: "RETURN REQUEST: [order number]"
If you are unhappy with your full priced product, we would accept returns within 14 days for any unused products and a store credit will be issued for future purchases. Store credits will expire within 12 months of issued date and can be used for any products on www.buttonsandwicks.com. Sale items are final.
Please ensure to follow the following policy for returns:
~ Orders must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns outside of this period will be sent back to you.
~ The customer must cover the return shipping cost. If it was a local delivery, please coordinate pick up time within 14 days.
~ Store credit is valid for 12 months from issued date
~ Items must be returned in original condition, unaltered and unburnt. Must contain all packaging and have no stain or marks on any part of the candle, which includes the wax, wick and container.
~ No returns or exchanges for items purchased using a creditor gift cards
~ No returns or exchanges on sale items
Note: Upon receiving your returned package, please allow 3-5 business days for processing of the returned items. Upon arrival, we will inspect the item(s) and will issue you a store credit if items are in original condition with original packaging. When making a new purchasing using store credit, store credit will not be applied in new shipping costs. The customer must pay for the new shipping cost for the new items.
