This website is operated by Buttons and Wicks. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Buttons and Wicks. Buttons and Wicks offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Buttons and Wicks have a processing time of 3-5 business days after an order has been placed. Any order which takes longer will be notified by Buttons and Wicks via email. All items at Buttons and Wicks excludes any relevant taxes, shipping and/or handling fees that are calculated during checkout. Orders are shipped with the courier of your choice, chosen at check out. All orders do not have a guaranteed delivery time and we take no responsibility in delays once it has been shipped.
Orders will have a tracking number attached, that will be sent via email through the courier. For parcels that are deemed lost or are significantly delayed, the buyer will need to contact Canada post directly to raise the issue. Buttons and Wicks cannot be held responsible for late or missing deliveries, where upon a valid proof of shipment and valid tracking number has been provided.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, used and unused candles cannot be refunded, please see below for more details. Please note we do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases due to limitation of stocked items. However, we would be more than happy to replace or refund products damaged during transit. If your candle was damaged during shipment when ordered from www.buttonsandwicks.com. Please submit a photo proof of damage, accompanied by a receipt to info@buttonsandwicks.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include in the subject line: "RETURN REQUEST: [order number]"
If you are unhappy with your full priced product, we would accept returns within 14 days for any unused products and a store credit will be issued for future purchases. Store credits will expire within 12 months of issued date and can be used for any products on www.buttonsandwicks.com. Sale items are final.

NATURE OF PRODUCT
Buttons and Wicks items are handmade and can carry minor imperfections that vary from the images seen on the website. This is all a part of the nature of our products and cannot be deemed a fault. Coconut soy wax is made from natural materials which can develop (very minor) imperfections, like faint bumps, discoloration after burning and bubbling. These do not in any way affect the performance of our product, and the buyer must understand that there are slight variations between each candle.
